Mexican Haze Feminized Marijuana Seeds
Since the 60s, old-school breeders have come to realize the greatness of Mexican Sativa landraces – one of which is Acapulco Gold. When creating Mexican Haze, it was a no-brainer to use this high-energy strain as the genetic base.
Physically, it's a stunner with golden orange pistils and a trifecta of colorful resins in gold, green, and brown. Its appearance makes quite an impression, but it's the remarkable cerebral high that makes it one of the best strains in the world.
The original Haze also shares the distinction of being in the upper echelons of the Sativa hierarchy. Its genes can be traced back to landraces from Colombia, Thailand, South India and Mexico. This highly euphoric herb works wonders in enhancing the already excellent effects of Acapulco Gold.
The legendary Jack Herer completed the genetic trilogy. A mostly Sativa hybrid, it also brings some Indica traits, such as high resin production.
These three strains come together as one in Mexican Haze feminized seeds from Homegrown Cannabis Co. A manageable plant to cultivate even for beginners, it cuts down the flowering time of its predecessors to as little as ten weeks – and it still remains highly productive.
Growing Mexican Haze Feminized
For a Sativa-dominant strain, Mexican Haze is straightforward to grow. It's long-shanked with wide intermodal spacing, so it's not prone to moisture buildup. It's also resilient to most of the pathogens and diseases that thrive in damp environments.
Before popping Mexican Haze seeds, bear in mind that the strain thrives in subtropical climates. If you're planning to grow indoors, keep the area warm, with temperatures between 70 and 80°F, and semi-humid, with RH level near 50%. A hydroponic system paired with the Screen of Green setup will bring maximum output. On average, the plant reaches between 3 and 6.5 feet cultivated indoors.
Mexican Haze's green, slender leaves will benefit from some pruning to ensure most of its energy is spent fattening its buds. As it enters the flowering stage, install a trellis or support for the branches, because the colas, especially the apical flowering site, tend to be massive. After 10 to 11 weeks of flowering, up to 1.63 ounces of fresh buds per square foot will be ready for harvesting.
If you're fortunate enough to live somewhere with stable weather conditions similar to the southeast of the United States and southern Europe, consider growing outdoors. When grown al fresco, the plants can reach 10 feet tall and can churn out up to 24.6 ounces of flowers each. In the northern hemisphere, harvest rolls in around mid to late October.

Mexican Haze has a strong citrus scent with the unmistakable earthy and woody notes of the classic Haze.
Mexican Haze Feminized Effects
Better than any coffee or energy drink, the high from Mexican Haze awakens the senses and arouses weary minds. It shakes off gloomy emotions, uplifting the mood and making each morning feel like a fresh start. A popular wake and bake strain, it instantly boosts vigor and promotes activity, to the point where sitting still for long periods may cause fidgeting. Don't worry about getting too energetic, though, because the slight Indica influence is enough to keep the liveliness within manageable levels.
Everything will appear more vivid and alive under the Mexican Haze's influence. Sounds seem amplified, and colors and images take on more depth. There'll be a strong urge to chat and socialize, along with bursts of giggles, making this a great date to take to parties.
Because Mexican Haze is such a potent strain, it can cause dry, bloodshot eyes and cottonmouth even in low dosages. In higher doses, there may be some more worrying adverse effects. The excessive mental stimulation may cause increased anxiety levels, or even induce paranoia, turning what could have been a pleasurable experience into a regrettable scenario.
Feminized Mexican Haze Seeds
Mexican Haze is a versatile get-up-and-go strain. Its pleasant fragrance and flavor profile make it gratifying to consume, and its enlivening effects are long-lasting and potentially therapeutic. The plant is reasonably simple to cultivate compared to most Sativa strains, making it a good choice for beginners. These feminized seeds from Homegrown Cannabis Co. ensure an almost entirely-female crop of fruitful mothers, making for a more rewarding cultivating experience all round.
